The Ralston Firm Mediation Center provides a relaxed and confidential setting where people can work to resolve their legal issues with the assistance of a neutral Rule 31 Listed Mediator. 

Lindsey Ralston has been listed by the Tennessee Supreme Court as a Rule 31 Mediator since 2017, and she has successfully mediated hundreds of Family Law cases since that time.

We believe that mediation is not only effective, but that it is the most beneficial way to resolve legal disputes, because it allows the parties to control the outcome of their case. Having input as to the outcome of one's own case is very beneficial, especially when it comes to legal disputes that involve very personal matters, such as child custody.

In addition, mediation is often much faster and far less expensive than going to trial; and, in many Family Law cases, Mediation is actually required by law or by the Court.  If you have questions about Mediation, or would like to schedule a Mediation, we encourage you to contact us for more information.
