Brittany Holland

Associate Attorney

Attorney Brittany Holland is a Sumner County native, having grown up in the Gallatin area. She attended Pope John Paul II Highschool; and, after graduation, Brittany left home to attend the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. During College, Brittany was a member of Sigma Kappa Sorority.  After two years in Chattanooga, she decided to return home and finish her undergraduate degree at Middle Tennessee State University. After earning her Bachelor’s Degree, Brittany attended the Nashville School of Law while working as a full-time paralegal in the Nashville area for a large civil litigation firm.

After obtaining her law degree from Nashville School of Law and passing the Bar, Brittany went to work for a civil litigation and collections firm in Brentwood, TN. Brittany quickly learned that this area of law was not her calling, as she wanted the opportunity to advocate for people, rather than companies and corporations. To pursue her passion of helping others, she left the large firm to start her own small practice in Rutherford County, where she focused on Family Law and Criminal Law cases for more than a year, before joining the Ralston Firm in 2021.

Brittany is passionate about helping people navigate through their legal matters, especially those dealing with Family Law.  Brittany is a firm believer that every case is different and requires a unique approach to achieve a desirable outcome. Her focus areas of practice include: Family Law (Divorce, Child Custody, etc.), Criminal Law (Domestic Assault, Theft, and Drug Charges), and Probate (Wills, Power of Attorney, etc.)

When Brittany isn’t practicing law, she loves spending time on the farm with her family, and she enjoys most any outdoor activity, especially kayaking.
